Stracciatella is a classic gelato invented by Enrico Panattoni in Bergamo in 1962.

Instead of cracking eggs into a ‘stracciatella’ broth, he made gelato which is run through with dark chocolate shards.

It is the fantastic texture and high quality chocolate which really makes this gelato.

This gelato was awarded one star at the Great Taste Awards in 2016.
