Large Events

Our large mobile cabinet, staffed by a friendly team member, offers six types of gelato for your event. We can provide up to 200 servings for events in or around Leicester, and for larger gatherings, we can replenish stock throughout the event. Your guests will enjoy their gelato in bio mini cups with paper spoons or cones, all served with our branded wafers and napkins.

Small Events

For more intimate gatherings, our gelato cool-boxes are the perfect self-serve solution. Simply return the cool-box after your event! Each hire includes all the bio cups, paper spoons, branded wafers, and napkins you’ll need. Each cool-box holds up to 8kg of gelato, providing around 150 servings (depending on your generosity!). We have two cool-boxes available for hire.

Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Lead Time: All bookings must be made a minimum of two weeks (14 days) in advance of your event date.

2. Deposit & Payment:

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The final payment must be received a minimum of 5 working days prior to your event.

3. Mobile Cabinet Requirements:

  • The mobile gelato cabinet requires access to a standard 13 amp electrical socket at the venue.
  • For health and safety reasons, we require the assistance of two people from the venue to help unload the cabinet upon our arrival.
  • Quotes for mobile cabinet hire are inclusive of serving staff and transportation.

4. Gelato Cool-Box Hire:

  • Gelato cool-box hire includes a refundable damage deposit.
