We import our PGI Sfusato lemons direct from the farmers of the Amalfi Coast. We believe that their flavour is the best there is for making gelato – with an incredible balance of acidity and sweetness that makes our lemon sorbetto so delicious. It is sharp, sweet and refreshing! The Amalfi season is a long one, so you can expect to see fresh lemon sorbetto in Gelato Village from around March until September each year. We also make a lemon and basil sorbetto from time to time. Both of these sorbetto are dairy free and so suitable for vegans.
