We import our PGI Sfusato lemons direct from the farmers of the Amalfi Coast. We believe that their flavour is the best there is for making gelato – with an incredible balance of acidity and sweetness that makes our lemon gelato so delicious. It is sharp, sweet and refreshing! The Amalfi season is a long one, so you can expect to see fresh lemon gelato in Gelato Village from around March until September each year. We also make a lemon and basil gelato from time to time. Both of these are dairy free gelati and so suitable for lactose intolerant and vegans.
